The Bear from Princess and the Bear admitted he ordered the Tuna Tartare at Be Our Guest mostly for the dijonnaise. He finds tuna tartare bland on its own, but said the saltiness of the olive tapenade and the tart dijonnaise make this one excellent, and that he would come back just for it. 4.75 out of 5.
