Filet mignon and grilled shrimp over garlic mashed potatoes with key lime chimichurri and roasted peppers. The filet was tender and well cooked, if not steakhouse-level, and the shrimp were tender and not fishy, while the buttery, chunky mashed potatoes were the standout. The chimichurri came across as a normal one. He scored it 6 out of 7 and called it an excellent dish for Coral Reef.
