Warm pineapple-coconut bread pudding with vanilla ice cream, rum caramel and shaved coconut. The bread was moist, soft and coconut-forward with only a light hint of pineapple, the caramel was not overly sweet, and the ice cream portion was generous. He scored it 6 out of 7 and highly recommended it, though he ranks a couple of other bread puddings on property higher.
