Be Our Guest's French Onion Soup has been on the menu since the restaurant opened, and the reviewer has ordered it on nearly every visit. She called it one of her favorites and a signature dish that holds up: very cheesy, really delicious and a wonderful soup, from someone who orders French onion soup just about everywhere. She noted it is no longer vegetarian.

2 reviewsBe Our Guest's French Onion Soup au Gratin comes under a thick, well-toasted cheese crust over a rich beef broth. The reviewer called it a really, really good French onion soup, heavier on the beef broth than the sherry, with a fantastic amount of cheese, though she wanted a little more onion. Her reservation was value: the bowl is small for an appetizer in a $72 prix-fixe, so she ranked it among Disney World's better versions without calling it worth the meal price on its own.
