Princess and the Bear tried the updated Endive and Walnut Salad at Be Our Guest. The Bear found the funky blue cheese, earthy candied walnuts and light sweetness of the apple a combination that always works, calling it everything an appetizer should do, and scored it 4.25 out of 5.
