A plant-based salad with crispy plantains, pigeon peas, avocado cream and key lime vinaigrette. The Princess called the pigeon peas the star, said it is bright and fresh and in her top five salads on property, and gave it 5 out of 5 despite the dressing being a little over-soft. The Bear found it a little wet and very oniony but still one of the best salads on property, sizable enough for a light lunch, at 4.25 out of 5.
