The Bear from Princess and the Bear tried the new Beef Bourguignon en Croute at Be Our Guest, now a pot pie under puff pastry with a bone marrow in the centre, smoky bacon and potatoes. He called it the fanciest pot pie he has ever had and worth a beef lover's time, with the smoked bacon and rich marrow making it taste like a three-meat bourguignon, though the puff pastry was heavier than he expected. 4.5 out of 5, and good luck finishing it.

2 reviewsOn the first day of Be Our Guest Restaurant's new menu, David Vaughn ordered the Beef Bourguignon en Croute, served in a pastry with the marrow bone standing up in it. He called it insanely good and very savory, with a nice tangy, slightly peppery marinade, potatoes he loves, and a sauce where you can taste the red wine reduction. He described it as like eating out of a flaky steak pastry.
