WDW News Today tried the Umbaran Cheese Roll, a spice-dusted pretzel bun stuffed with a bright orange herbed cheese and served with a honey-mustard style dipping sauce. They found it hot, cheesy, salty and a little spicy, with the dip a perfect match for the pretzel, and called it everything they would want in a bar snack. At $12 it felt a little steep for what is basically a pretzel, but they rated it six out of seven.
