Two of the buffet's sausages: a darker Regensburger wurst and a standard bratwurst. The reviewer said the Regensburger had a smoky, almost grilled-sirloin quality and could see why the pot had been emptied, and found the bratwurst very tasty even without the onions and German mustard he wanted with it. He gave both 4 out of 5.
