Tortino di Melanzane

Baked eggplant parmigiana in a slightly sweet, very saucy pomodoro with plenty of mozzarella and parmesan. The eggplant is very tender without going mushy, and it tasted good enough for a 7 out of 10 at the table. After seeing the $19 price, though, the reviewer revised it down to a 5: too much money for a small portion.
