Tiffins Signature Burger Prix Fixe

Ordinary Adventures tried the Tiffins Signature Burger, available on the $42 lunch prix fixe with a non-alcoholic drink and dessert. It is an in-house beef and bacon blend with aged cheddar and demi-glace on a branded Parker House roll, with seasoned waffle fries. One host called it so juicy and tender, a big chunky patty, with a soft buttery roll and a steak-style demi-glace they liked, and gave it five out of five. The other tasted the bacon's saltiness in the beef, called the Hawaiian-like roll the star of the show, loved the waffle fries and aioli, and also gave it five out of five. Their only complaint was that it is only sold as a prix fixe; they would rather order the burger alone.

Molly added the $15 black truffle upgrade and called it easily the best bite of the video and a contender for best burger on property - lots of shaved truffle, gooey truffle sauce, a high-quality patty and crispy bacon, with waffle fries that go next level with truffle aioli and cheese. You have to love truffle for this version. The coffee pot de creme dessert was phenomenal too, and they call the prix fixe an incredible value for a signature restaurant.
