The Wine Cellar's Banana Split is Le Cellier's plant-based dessert of roasted banana frozen dessert with Marasca cherries, Chantilly and walnut praline. The Princess said the charred, crackly sugar on the banana is what makes it, like a deconstructed creme brulee with ice cream, and gave it 4.75 out of five, though she thinks it needs a bigger plate. Bear also gave it 4.75 and said it is worth the extra effort to order.
