WDW News Today found The Sylop, a mezcal drink with grapefruit, lime, agave, jalapeno concentrate and a chili-lime rim, strongly mezcal-forward and smoky, with little heat from the jalapeno. The grapefruit, lime and agave make it a margarita-style drink they thought fairly good overall, but as non-mezcal fans they did not really like it. They scored it four out of seven and suggested it for mezcal lovers.
