Fresh Baked gave this one a flat five out of five. White rum and matcha with strawberry cold foam, topped with crumbled strawberry sugar wafers of the kind you had as a kid. Their first sip landed as matcha up front and rum in the back, and they said they had to stop themselves from finishing it. Stirring the foam and the wafers down through the drink changed it and, by their account, improved it: despite not being a fan of matcha generally, they called the result seriously good and gave it an A+.

2 reviewsGorgeous in its beaker with strawberry wafers on top, and Magic Journeys thinks matcha lovers will enjoy it - creamy, earthy, with strawberry-cream sweetness sitting on top. But it's pricey, the rum barely registers, and it wasn't to the taste of the one who tried it. They called it a skip for themselves and rate Pym's mango cocktail higher.
