Sticky Pork Ribs

Sam found the meat fell right off the bone, juicy, with a glaze she liked a lot and not too saucy, though she wished the glaze had more crisp; she gave the ribs a 7. Her co-host also went 7, liking the seasoning and the pickled cucumbers but finding them a little salty and a bit dry, and said earlier dishes impressed him more.

The host found these three small ribs far too saucy, with a dark black sesame barbecue that overpowered everything and was not especially sticky. The meat was fatty, not tender and hard to get off the bone, and at $18 for three she said they are not worth $6 a rib, rating them below the festival's sticky ribs.
