Bear tried the Steakhouse Wedge Salad, a crisp iceberg wedge under ranch dressing, tomatoes, garden herbs, big chunks of blue cheese and bacon lardons so large he called them bacon icebergs. He loved getting the funk of the blue cheese and the creaminess of the ranch together with the bacon on the crunchy wedge. He gave it four out of five.
