The reviewer initially intended to only have one bite of the Spumoni Mousse Cake, but found it so delicious that he couldn't stop eating it. He particularly enjoyed the little crumbles on top that added a nice crunch, the chilled mousse layer, and the cake layers with what appeared to be cherry jam in between. Despite trying to watch his sugar intake, he found the cake nearly impossible to resist, indicating a highly positive experience.
