Britney of Extra Magic Minutes tried the new $7.29 Spiced Flank Steak Hummus Bowl at Tangierine Café, with harissa yogurt, roasted peppers and pita. Be warned: it is very spicy. The steak marinade has heat and the sauce adds more, so spice-averse guests should order it without the sauce. Her husband called it a little spicier than typical Disney spice. The cucumbers and tomatoes cool it down. She loved the earthy, well-balanced flavour with cumin and saffron, the hummus and the pita, and called it a huge, lunch-sized portion, a great value and one of the healthier festival options. She ranked it second of the day.
