Slice of NY - Pepperoni

Mr Cheezy Pop rated the new Slice of NY pizza at Avengers Campus two out of five, but said that if you get one, get the pepperoni. He liked the cupped pepperoni, said they load it up, and praised the garlicky crust. His complaints were the same as for the cheese slice: too thick and too small, without the thin, crisp bottom a New York slice should have. At $9.99 he called the price terrible, saying he would reconsider at around $6.

Fresh Baked rated this new pepperoni slice from the Shawarma & More cart by the Hyperion Theater four out of five, calling it probably the best pepperoni slice they've had in the park. The cupped pepperoni covering nearly the whole slice is the star: crispy, a little spicy, with a big pepperoni flavor. The crust is chewier than it looks but still beats the Pizza Planet and Boardwalk slices, and the cheese is fine though not very melty. The one catch: the cart only sells cheese and pepperoni, so a single slice probably won't fill you up.
