Skolebrod, or school bread: a sweet roll filled with custard and dipped in icing and coconut, which the reviewer said looks like a filled donut. She found the bread fluffy and pillowy and the custard smooth, creamy and eggy, and liked how generous the custard-to-bread ratio is. She named it an honorable mention among the best things she ate on her EPCOT food tour.
