Shrimp and Chive Potstickers

Four small shrimp and chive dumplings in a little bowl, heaped with green onions and served with lime wedges and a chile oil and soy sauce to pour over. The reviewer loved the very thin wrappers and the fresh shrimp and chive flavor, comparing them to Din Tai Fung and calling them the most surprising dish of the visit. He gave them an A+ and called them a must-order, while noting the portion is small and he finds the price steep.
