WrightDownMainStreet came back to La Poutinerie in Canada for the $11.99 Bo Ssam Pork Poutine with cheese curds, gochujang gravy, kimchi pickles, aioli and sesame, which many people have called their favourite bite of the festival. She said it is good and she gets the hype, though she thinks the fresh-cut, perfectly cooked fries would make anything on them enjoyable. The gravy is unique, almost a sweet and spicy tomato gravy, the shredded bo ssam pork was good, and she really liked the kimchi, but the cheese curds felt a little out of place and the fries get a bit soggy under the toppings. She called it a great shareable portion, though she wasn't sure she liked it more than the classic poutine. Her mom loved the fries but not the sauce.
