A hard-boiled hen egg wrapped in English sausage and breaded, now served on a small board with mustard sauce for dunking. The reviewer loved the breading and the sauce and said that although he once found the dish ridiculous, it is now a comfort food he craves every visit. He gave it four and a half out of five.
