The reviewer found the scallion pancake tostada to be super delicious and a wonderful dish. Despite the beef bulgogi chunks being large and making it a bit messy, the flavor was excellent, and the reviewer wished it was available year-round. They would pay up to $15 for a larger portion because it's so good.
