Pork sausage, egg and cheese with sauce in pita bread. The reviewer called it a really good, delicious breakfast and a great grab-and-go spot, but noted the cheese is clearly bagged, the egg pre-made and the pita cold. She would pay a dollar or two more for fresh cheese, fresh egg and warm, toasted pita, but was satisfied with the value.
