The Ribs and Chicken Combo brings St. Louis ribs and smoked chicken with baked beans and a second side, about three ribs and a breast and wing here. The reviewer found the dry-rubbed ribs super flavorful and tender with great bark, if a little small, and called them really hard to beat for theme park barbecue. The chicken was juicy with delicious skin and great smoke, and the baked beans surprised her as one of the best things she ate that day. She called it really impressive and good value at around $16.

2 reviewsThe Ribs and Chicken Combo pairs smoked chicken with St. Louis ribs. The reviewer found the chicken smoked well and tender with great skin, but said it could be better, at 3 out of 5. The ribs were cooked correctly but lacked character and needed sauce; he called them okay but nothing to run here for and gave them 2.5 out of 5, pointing barbecue fans to Polite Pig instead.
