Ratatouille Provençale

The plant-based ratatouille in tomato sauce, now without quinoa and with larger vegetable pieces. The vegan host found it really delicious and flavorful and scored it 4.75 out of 5. Her co-host loved the sauce but found the bigger vegetables under-seasoned inside and possibly bland on their own, advising dragging them through the sauce, and gave it 3.75.

The plant-based ratatouille ($28.95) comes with an olive vinaigrette, basil and tomato sauce. On her first ever ratatouille, the reviewer found the vegetables cooked well and still firm, praised the tomato sauce, and said the briny olive tapenade on top made the dish. She called it super flavorful for a plant-based entree and recommended it, though she was not sure how often she would pick it over the other entrees.
