Quesabirria Eggroll

A fried egg roll filled with beef birria and Oaxaca cheese, served with a guajillo pepper consomé on the side. The reviewer called it incredible: very meaty and savory, with beef that was not especially juicy but very tender, cheese you can really taste, and a consomé that adds moisture back and layers on nicely. Her verdict was simply that it is so good.
