Pumpkin Cookie

They're good. Soft, not too sweet, and very pumpkiny.

The Pumpkin Spice Cookies from Harbor Galley are warm, nice, and soft, with a chewy and doughy texture. They are pretty dang good on their own. While they can be enjoyed with whipped cream cheese, the cream cheese doesn't add much beyond making them a little sweeter, and the cookies don't really need it. The chocolate chip and gingerbread cookies are still preferred, but these pumpkin spice cookies are great overall and would definitely be purchased again for Halloween time.
