The new Pumpkin Cheesecake is shaped like a little pumpkin on sponge cake, with a chocolate pumpkin-seed streusel and an orange coulis. Lactose-intolerant Bear only managed a small bite but called it wonderful: an almost mousse-like cheesecake with a touch of citrus, and a streusel whose pumpkin-seed crunch goes perfectly with it. He said it tastes like fall, though very sweet, and gave it 4.5 out of 5.
