Bear revisited the Prosciutto Croquettes, now shaped more like orbs and served over onion gel and an Ají Amarillo sauce. He praised the crisp coating, the creamy cheese sauce inside and the peppery kick of the Ají Amarillo, saying they are always well executed, though the portion felt smaller than before.
