A buckwheat galette with chicken and mushrooms in a cheesy bechamel. The Bear found far more chicken than mushrooms inside, moist and well seasoned, with the mushrooms adding an earthy note, and compared it to a cheesy chicken sandwich on buckwheat. He called it actually quite good and gave it 4 out of 5, provided you can handle the cheese.
