Mini Dutch pancakes topped with buttered condensed milk and powdered sugar. The Disney Noob called them a miss for adults: bready, short on flavor and very dry in the middle, though only moderately sweet. He still graded them an A-minus for kids as a small, bite-size treat that won't overload them on sugar.
