At Rosie's All-American Cafe both hosts tried the Plant-based Dog, a Beyond sausage with tomatoes, mustard, green relish and sauces on a potato bun with chips. The hosts split hard. The Princess (vegan) found it drier and less spicy than the Casey's version and said her chips were stale, but liked the sauces and thought it slightly better than Casey's, at 3.75 out of 5. The Bear called it awful: dry and freezer-burnt at the same time, close to inedible, with the toppings doing nothing to help. He gave it 1.75 out of 5.
