Disney Food Blog tried the new pistachio raspberry cake ($6.95) at Les Halles Boulangerie-Patisserie in EPCOT's France pavilion. They found it super light with bright, acidic flavours from the raspberry; the pistachio and raspberry were subtle but blended really well, and the raspberry jam was a big bonus for how fresh it was. They waited 40 minutes and said it was worth every minute: a light, delicious treat for Florida's still-warm weather.
