Pepperoni Flatbread

A new flatbread with mozzarella and pepperoni topped with ricotta and hot honey. The reviewer called it a miss: a fluffy, undercooked naan-like crust, a lemony ricotta, almost no red sauce, and so much honey it tasted sweet with no heat at all. Her mother said the ricotta tasted like cheesecake, and they felt it was a very small flatbread for the they paid.
