Pavlova Parfait

SoCal Disney Dad had high hopes for the Pavlova Parfait at Troubadour Tavern during the Bluey festival but put it on the worst-of-2026 list. He did not like the combination of flavours, and said the meringue and fluffy topping were what threw him off; he mostly wanted the cake and fruity layers at the bottom.

The reviewer did not enjoy the pavlova parfait, finding the texture of the meringue candy to be unappealing and the overall taste too sour and tart. They disliked the combination of vanilla yogurt mousse and berry compote, noting it was not a treat they would choose again. Rating: 1
