Cosmic Ray's plant-based Patty Melt (Impossible patty, dairy-free cheese, grilled onions), ordered here on a gluten-free bun instead of the usual Texas toast. The asteroid sauce is a bit strange at first: watery, a hint of ketchup and black-pepper or chipotle spice, smoky and barbecue-like, tangier than Thousand Island, but good, and it adds to the burger. The patty is a little sweeter than a regular burger and the cheese isn't quite creamy, but it tastes very good, a very enjoyable flavor, and he would totally order it again. The gluten-free bun was spongier and harder to bite through than a normal one.
