Orange Slushy Float

WrightDownMainStreet tried the Orange Slushy Float at AstroFizz in Tomorrowland ($7.49): frozen Fanta Orange topped with rainbow ice pearls. They called it real good and liked these mixed-flavour pearls more than the Micro Bits at Energy Bytes, with the lime adding a bright citrus note that pairs well with the orange slush. A fun, refreshing treat they think kids will love and would definitely get again (tip: grab a straw as well as a spoon).

Disney Food Blog called the $7.49 Orange Slushy Float from Astro Fizz in Magic Kingdom weird. The orange slush (the same Fanta orange slush sold everywhere) and the rainbow ice pearls are each fine on their own, but together they're strange, and the dye melted off the pearls and turned the slush into a brown sludge that stopped appealing to them almost immediately. They can't recommend it, though if it sounds good to you, drink it quickly.
