WrightDownMainStreet tried the Orange Bird Sunshine Twist at Sunshine Tree Terrace ($8.49): Dole Whip Orange and vanilla swirl with orange crispy pearls and an Orange Bird sugar cookie. They liked the crispy puffs (like puffed rice with a hint of white chocolate) and you can't go wrong with the soft serve, but the cookie was a very basic sugar cookie under thick fondant. They felt it's mostly the regular orange vanilla swirl in a bigger cup with a cookie for more money, though Orange Bird fans will love the theming. Tip: mobile order to skip the line.

Disney Food Blog described the $8.49 Orange Bird Sunshine Twist at Sunshine Tree Terrace as basically orange Dole Whip with vanilla soft serve, a different way of presenting the replacement for the Citrus Swirl. If you're still bitter about losing the Citrus Swirl you may not want it, but if you have no feelings about that, they said it's fine, basically like a creamsicle.
