Fresh Baked called it delightful and delicious - dark chocolate hot fudge, caramel, vanilla ice cream and sea salt together as the best of both worlds - with ice cream dense enough that the cup weighs more than it looks. Two criticisms: at $20 they called it perhaps the most overpriced thing at Disneyland, and the sea salt sits only on the top layer, so the salt disappears after the first few bites. Their advice: ask for a mini if it is just you, or share it two or three ways.
