The Oaxacan Pork Duo pairs a grilled pork chop with peanut salsa macha and sweet plantain-chipotle sauce alongside smoked pork shoulder on a corn tamal, with salsa verde and cabbage slaw. One host found the chop juicy but said pork chops are not her thing, preferring the tender pork shoulder and corn tamal side. The other loved the creamy peanut sauce, called the slaw the best in Walt Disney World and gave the dish 10 out of 10.
