North Carolina Chopped Smoked Pork Butt Platter

The smoked pork butt platter comes with garlic Texas toast and a side. The pulled pork looked a little dry at first, but the host found it really juicy and said it does not need barbecue sauce, though the sauces, especially the mustard one, make it even better. She called it some good pulled pork.
