On his first plate at the Tusker House buffet, Fresh Baked tried the North African pilaf rice and called it really good and tasty, not at all like typical buffet rice or pilaf. His one reservation was that the flavour notes weren't strong enough to give him a real cultural sensation. He enjoyed it enough to go back for more rice on his last round.
