SoCal Disney Dad put the Maple Bacon Cinnamon Roll from Jolly Holiday Bakery Cafe on their list of the worst Disneyland foods of 2026. He said he is not a big fan of the maple bacon version and would rather have the regular cinnamon roll, and was frustrated that the plain roll was taken off the menu, leaving this pricier one as the only option.

5 reviewsThe Disney Noob opened his 2026 best-value list at Jolly Holiday with this one, where value means quality, quantity and price together. He called it absolutely delicious and loaded - tons of pecans, tons of bacon, very savoury and very sweet at once - and said it hits it out of the park as a way to start a Disneyland day with something sweet but savoury. The size is a big part of why it made the list: he described it as ginormous, comfortably enough for two adults and workable as breakfast for a family of four.
Ordinary Adventures started their Halloween food hunt at Jolly Holiday with this cinnamon roll topped with maple cream cheese, glazed bacon, pecans and a white chocolate drizzle - a far more elaborate build than the bakery's standard roll. Both hosts landed on five out of five. One called the center ooey-gooey, sweet and salty at once; the other said whoever invented the maple-and-bacon combination deserves an award, noting it eats like a maple doughnut but with generous, thick, genuinely good bacon on top, salt playing against the sweet before the cinnamon lands. They singled out how moist the roll itself is, calling the whole thing perfection.
The one clear miss of Lisaland's Jolly Holiday round. She could taste both the maple and the glazed bacon, a combination she likes in principle, but the roll itself was so dry that it turned crumbly and chalky. The icing compounded it - very sweet and noticeably grainy. Her bottom line is explicit: she would not get it again, and she called it the most disappointing of everything she tasted that day. In its favour, it arrives nicely warmed, in a foil tin she found oddly charming.
Feed Meimei's first stop of the tour, and one of its high points. She calls it decadent and rich but oh so delicious - ooey, gooey and warm, with a crunch from the pecans, an even distribution of cinnamon and maple cream cheese, and glazed bacon that adds chew and smokiness without sitting apart from the rest. Her words: it's everything I want a cinnamon roll to be. She flags that it is pretty sweet, but rated the sweetness perfect for her own taste, and says if you like maple bacon anything you will like this one.
