Starr African rum and Captain Morgan spiced rum with Pangani punch, which some of the group ordered with an extra dark-rum floater. One called it tropical with the right amount of rum, a five out of 5, and another said it is always a five, praising the kick and complexity the bourbon- and cognac-barrel dark rum floater adds. A third gave it 4.5 out of 5, calling it this close to perfect.
