The Disney Noob says the revamped Lobster Nachos are smaller and swap chunks of lobster for minced, seasoned lobster - a downgrade in quality - but the lobster cheese sauce gives it more flavor and an umami heat around an 8 out of 10. The verdict is an A-minus: not as good as the old version, but still one of the best dishes in the park and a must at Lamplight Lounge.

Chris and Miles shared a full order while Amanda, a vegetarian, had hers made deconstructed with the lobster and lobster queso on the side. They singled out the lobster aioli and the generous amount of lobster meat, and Amanda preferred the shredded cheese and black beans here to the beef and refried beans on the Boardwalk's other nachos. She finished an entire order on her own and called them excellent; Chris went further and described the dish as fantastic. The channel's bottom line is that these are worth booking the Boardwalk reservation for, since you cannot get them downstairs at the Lounge.
