Traditional Emilia-Romagna lasagna with beef and pork ragu, bechamel and parmesan. The pasta is not al dente at all and falls apart, but the shredded pork and beef melt in your mouth and it is actually really good lasagna. The sauce is the weak point; with a better sauce it would be an 8. A solid 7 out of 10.
