WrightDownMainStreet tried the new Lasagna alla Bolognese at Tony's Town Square Restaurant ($35). It was loaded with ricotta and the crispy, slightly burnt edges were their favourite part, but they felt it was missing something: the pasta sheets were so thin they could barely taste them, leaving mostly the ricotta and meat mixture. Their verdict was good, just not great, and they'd order the eggplant parm over it next time.

2 reviewsThe Bear tried the new Lasagna alla Bolognese at Tony's Town Square, layered with meat sauce and four cheeses. He called it excellent and super cheesy, packed with meat sauce, and liked that the noodles hanging over the edge of the dish give you crispy, crunchy edge pieces. The sauce was nice and it was well seasoned. He called it a personal portion and said lasagna fans will be happy, giving it 4.25 out of 5. The Princess is vegan and did not try it.
