La Fin du Monde is a Belgian-style tripel from Quebec's Unibroue, and it is Bear's usual drink at Le Cellier when he isn't having an old fashioned. He said it drinks like a complex liquid bread and praised its aroma, flavor and body as an experience rather than just a beer. He gave it four and a half out of five.
